About This Wine
Chancellor and Cayuga White from Plane’s Block on the west side of Cayuga Lake, Verdelet from Arrowhead Vineyard on the west side of Seneca Lake.
All three were hand harvested, fermented, blended, and aged in combination of neutral oak and stainless steel.
“Our first ever bubbles, inspired by the Italian “rifermentato” sparkling wines we love. Three hybrids - Chancellor, Cayuga White, and Verdelet - grown on the west side of their respective lakes in 2023 form the base wine. In 2024 we added fermenting Diamond juice and bottled it to capture CO2.”
Juicy, fruity, and absolutely delicious. This one is going to be perfect for those Thanksgiving tables.
